This is a picture of a Midwest Tejano Band, "Eddie Olivo Y Los
Impactos".
They were very popular in the Midwest from Chicago to Cleveland and
from Midland, MI to Indianapolis, IN.
They opened for and played with many artists like: Augustin Ramirez,
Mayo,La Sombra, Carlos Guzman and La Mafia.
They were based in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. They recorded an album
of cover songs and three originals but broke up before it could be
released. Not sure what happened to the masters but there are
bootlegs of their
performances.
